Can I return my bag?
Not sure about your purchase? No worries, you have 14 days to return your item in its original packaging, including the dust bag and attached hangtags.

If the item has significant damage, is worn, stained, missing parts, altered, or generally not re-sellable, we cannot accept the return. In that case, we reserve the right to refuse service.

How do I return an order?

Please email us at returns@bykiru.com indicating that you are returning your order, including your order number and the reason for the return.

Place all items in unworn condition, including dust bag and hangtags, in the box.

You can return the package using any shipping carrier of your choice. Please ensure the item is securely packed. We advise sending your return with tracking and/or insurance, as this provides proof of shipment and protects you in case the package is lost or damaged during transit.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, and we cannot be held responsible for return shipments that do not arrive or arrive damaged.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Can I exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order for the one you prefer.

When will I receive my refund?
Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return. After that, your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to complete the refund.

If you paid with a gift card, you will receive a new gift card for the credited amount.

Can I return a gift card?
Gift cards are not refundable.

Can I return an item received as a gift?
Yes! We will need the order number and product details. Once we have those, we’ll send you a return form. Refunds can only be sent to the original payment method — the gift giver’s account.
